What is included in my subscription?
-UNLIMITED* on-demand, 24x7 online support for your PC and associated peripherals by one of our Experts.  For examples of what types of services this includes, see below.
-Access to our knowledgebase and our private subscriber only forums for self-help support.
-Security and Performance Checkup to prevent against future problems and to make sure your computer is running as well as it should be.  This includes the installation of anti-virus/anti-malware software as needed at no extra charge.
 
What types of services are included?
Our services include, but are not limited to:
-New computer setup, file migration, etc.
-Malware removal and protection
-Application troubleshooting and configuration
-Operating system troubleshooting and configuration
-Peripheral setup and configuration, including printers, iPods, etc
-Wireless or wired router setup
-Mobile device synch troubleshooting
-Email setup
-Backup configuration
-and many more . . . if it is software-related, and you can get on the Internet, we can help

What is NOT included in my subscription?
-Hardware repair or costs (although our Experts might make hardware recommendations to fix a problem)
-Services that would be impossible to perform through remote support - in those cases our Expert will attempt to contact you by phone or email and walk you through those issues so that you can get back to a state where they can continue to assist you remotely
-Training and "Unique" Application Support - while we do perform some training when fixing a problem, this is not a training service, we fix problems and as a side affect perform some basic training.  In addition, we support most applications, but we cannot be expected to cover every possible application, especially custom applications or industry-specific applications that are not commonly known.  Regardless, our Experts always go above and beyond.
-This is a residential service, we do not currently provide business support.  Having said that, home-based businesses are supported.
 
What are your Hours?
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although response time can be a little longer during the late night / early morning hours.  Once you initiate a chat session, an Expert will be with you shortly, typically within a few minutes. 
 
Do I have to create an account before I talk to an Expert?
No - you get a free consultation with one of our Experts, free of charge, without creating an account.

What are the requirements for getting help?
-A working high-speed Internet connection
-A computer that can still browse the Internet
-A computer running Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Mac OS X 10.4 or later
-A working credit card

Is your service secure?
Yes, we use 256-bit encryption (same as on-line banking), and we can't get back on your computer after the session is complete without your permission.  Here is some more information about security.

Who are you guys?  How long have you been around?
Our fearless leader has been providing computer support to business and residential users for 12 years - now he has joined forces with other Experts and they have pooled their resources to form Gosuto, LLC.  Gosuto is a leading provider of IT Consulting and Support services to individuals and businesses.

Do you use cheap call-center technicians who read answers out of a book, or use technicians from another country that I can't understand?
Our operation is entirely based in the United States, in fact our HQ is in Atlanta, GA.  Our Experts don't read out of a 3-ring binder and give you canned responses, they are truly Experts, and they are all native English speakers that are fairly compensated for their work (well above industry average) and work in a comfortable environment (not a crowded call-center).  That is how we get and keep the best people.  In addition, all of our Experts go through a rigorous interview process - we don't hire based on paper certifications, we hire based on skill.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit our Contact page and request your cancellation via phone or email.  Subscriptions have a one-year commitment.

How does your Satisfaction Guarantee work?
If we can't fix it you don't pay.  We will fix your initial** problem, or your money back.  It's that simple.

The charge on my credit card says "Gosuto Consulting" - who is that?

*"UNLIMITED online support" refers to support for a single PC and peripherals associated with that PC. If we determine that any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively, customer will be notified and we may restrict or terminate customer's access to the service. If we determine a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate activities, this may be deemed reason to cancel subscription. Please see the Terms of Use for details.
 
**Only the initial problem is covered by this guarantee, and the amount of the refund is limited to the amount paid at the time of initial purchase.  The window for claiming a refund is limited to 30 days from initial purchase, and our Experts have to be given a chance to fix the problem.
