1) Click "Chat with an Expert Now" to begin an on-line conversation with one of our Experts. You will then fill out a short form to identify yourself and describe your problem, although none of the information is required.  An Expert will be with you shortly, typically within a few minutes.

 

2) An Expert will diagnose your problem, confirm they can get your computer back into tip top shape, make sure you are comfortable with the process and the payment terms, and then ask if you want to proceed with service. All of this work is performed before you pay a dime or commit to anything.

 

3) Upon confirmation that you would like to proceed, the Expert will send you a link to create an account and make your purchase.

 

4) Once you've made your purchase, our Expert will begin fixing the problem. You can sit and watch the magic happen, or you can take a break and go do something else. The Expert will notify you by a method of your choosing when they are finished.

 

5) That's it - Your Computer is Happy Again!

 

6) With your Smiley Face PC Subscription, your computer is covered until you cancel your subscription - next time you have a problem, just repeat step 1 above and let the Expert know you already have an account . . . the Expert may ask you to verify some account information.
